Q: How long will my helium balloons float?
A: Depending on weather conditions your helium balloons purchased from us will float for approximately:

11" Latex Balloons 10-12 hours
16" Latex Balloon 16-20 hours
18" Foil Balloon  5-7 days
Bubble Balloons  2-4 weeks

Q: If I need my Latex Balloons to last longer can they?
A: We can treat Latex Balloons with a solution called Hi-Float and they will last for approximately:-
11" Latex Balloons  5-7 days
16" Latex Balloons 4-10 days

Q: Are Helium Balloons good for the environment?
A: We only use the very best latex balloons and they are 100% biodegradable, they are made of natural latex.   Latex is the milky sap of the rubber tree.  The continuing demand for latex balloons ensures the survival of these trees.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes we do, if you would like your helium balloons delivered give us a call in store on 3889 7547 to discuss.

Orders

Q: What happens if something I order is out of stock?
A: We will notify you straight away if something you have ordered is out of stock and advise you of stock arrival times.  If you are not happy we will refund you for that item.

Q: How long will my item take to arrive?
A: The below delivery times are an estimate.  Since shipping is via Australia Post we cannot guarantee these times:-

  • NSW  5-7 business days
  • VIC  6-8 business days
  • QLD  3-6 business days
  • SA  8-10 business days
  • NT  10-12 business days
  • WA  10-12 business days
  • TAS  10-12 business days

Q: Can we pick up our order in store.
A: You can pick up your order from our store during our opening hours.

When you order is ready for collection, we will contact you and let you know.  Please allow at least 2 business days for collection.

ID is required on collection of your order.  You must be the person named on the order for collection or advise us of a third party collecting your order.

Q: Can we come into the store and purchase products.
A: Yes you can our store is open 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday.
